Cool gas generator

The Cool Gas Generator produces a pure gas at ambient temperature that can be used directly in any application. Cool Gas Generators also have many other advantages: they are compact, robust, do not leak, are not pressurized and have a very long life without maintenance.

The working of a Cool Gas Generator is as follows: the housing contains a fixed block with propellant that contains a large amount of chemically bonded gas. A small igniter at the top starts the chemical reaction in the block, releasing the hot gas. By making the block porous, the gas must pass through the part of the block that has not yet been decomposed and is thereby cooled and filtered. The gas exits at the other end, ready for use.
